We are proud to announce that we have changed our name from Axis Accounting Systems, LLC to Kraft Enterprise Systems, LLC. Since our founding in 1996, Axis has strived to provide clients with unparalleled expertise and customer service. In 2005, we became affiliated with KraftCPAs, allowing us to expand our reputation as leaders in the marketplace. As our breadth of services continues to expand beyond traditional accounting systems, we feel it is appropriate to go by a name that more accurately reflects the transformation of our business in recent years and our close affiliation with KraftCPAs.
Vic Alexander, chief manager of KraftCPAs said, "We’re delighted that the board of directors and management team at Axis have chosen to adopt the Kraft name. We are proud of their reputation in the community and look forward to helping them continue to grow and expand their reach in the marketplace."
Today, we are a full service technology consultancy that provides not only accounting software, but also software and services in the areas of CRM, budgeting and forecasting, document imaging, project management, and custom solutions. The name change to Kraft Enterprise Systems allows us to more accurately convey our full range of capabilities. And by co-branding with Kraft, we can increase our visibility and leverage the respected Kraft brand name. That said, our company will remain dedicated to providing the kind of expertise and experience around accounting systems that our clients have come to expect. When will the change take place?
The official change takes place July 1.
Will I need a new W-9?
No. This name change is not a change of entity but rather a change of the name we are doing business as. Our tax ID number will remain the same.
Will I need to update the email addresses for all of my Axis contacts?
The "@axisaccounting" email addresses you currently use will still work. We will also begin using new email addresses with an "@kraftenterprise" extension on July 1. At that point either one will work.
Will the web address change?
The web address will change to www.kraftenterprise.com as of July 1. The address www.axisaccounting.com will still be active and will take you to the new page.
Can I get an official letter of notification for our records?
