Julie Townsend Gontarek

Member, Chief Financial Officer and Epicor Practice Director

Julie Gontarek is Kraft Enterprise Systems’ CFO and the director of our Epicor Practice.

For the past 13 years, Julie has been overseeing all of the company's Epicor installations and service as well as project managing a wide variety of custom application development for Axis& other business solutions. A natural project manager, Julie's leadership and deep product expertise makes her an authority on software upgrades, application design and development, end-user training, and on-going support.

During her tenure at KES, Julie has developed an extensive background in standardizing AP processes for services industry businesses, specifically for companies with many remote users. She also specializes in Business Process Management around accounts payable as well as engineering AP approvals.

Julie is a certified Epicor Consultant and, in addition to her responsibilities on the Epicor product line, she oversees the Adaptive Planning line of budgeting and forecasting software and the doc-link document imaging solution.

Prior to joining Kraft Enterprise, Julie worked for three years in public accounting for Deloitte & Touche where she earned her CPA accreditation. Since her move to Axis, Julie&s list of clients includes a national publisher and distributor of free print and online consumer guides, an international parking facility management company, and a wide variety of healthcare service providers.

Julie acts as the Vice Chairman of the Epicor Partner Council and outside of KES she serves on the Science Advisory Board of Washington & Lee University and sits on the board for the Our Kids organization.

In 2005, Julie accepted Epicor’s reseller of the year award on behalf of KES. She holds a Computer Science degree from Washington & Lee University with a concentration in Accounting.
