Cherie Zydel

Microsoft Dynamics Practice Director

Cherie Zydel directs Kraft Enterprise’s Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, and CRM practices and acts as project manager for all Dynamics implementations including networking, infrastructure, and software selection.

Cherie brings to KES more than 13 years of project management and consulting experience across a broad range of industries, specializing in distribution and manufacturing. She began her career on the customer side with Airtek in Lancaster, New York when they became one of the first 10 companies to implement the first Dynamics GP manufacturing suite.

Cherie’s project management experience spans the last 10 years and includes projects up to 14,000 hours. Past assignments include project managing, designing, and implementing the Dynamics GP application for international clients such as a musical instrument manufacturer, a coffee retailer, a hair and skin care manufacturer and retailer, and a jeweler.

In the ERP arena, Cherie’s expertise includes software requirements analysis, selection, and implementation of a wide range of software packages including Microsoft Dynamics GP, AX, NAV, Microsoft RMS, custom development, and custom integration.

Prior to joining KES, Cherie was the director of the Project Management Organization at ePartners, an award-winning, global technology and services consultancy specializing in Microsoft’s business solutions. Prior to that, she was a Senior Project Manager at Business Microvar, a Gold Certified Microsoft Dynamics Partner in Minneapolis.

Cherie has been a Project Management Institute certified project manager since 2005 and has been a Microsoft Business Solutions Certified Professional in production and distribution since 2000.
