Epicor Enterprise Sr. Consultant
Job Duties- Act as lead consultant / day-to-day project lead on client engagements
- Manage development and consulting resources on client engagements
- Perform queries on Epicor tables for support and report development
- Maintain good client relations and manage projects or sub projects
- Perform application training
- Perform data mapping and conversions for implementations and other projects
- Answer first line support calls for Epicor clients
- Write documentation or training manual for client implementations
- Stay up to date on new features of Epicor releases
- Conduct design meetings on application configuration or custom development projects
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities at engaged clients and communicate those opportunities to the Epicor Product Director
- Knowledge of the Epicor Enterprise financials suite both from an application stand-point and from a technical stand-point (underlying tables, views, etc)
- Working knowledge of SQL, MS SQL Reporting Services, Crystal Reports, and FRx
- Ability to work independently, as a member of a team, and under supervision of the Epicor Practice Director
- Strong interpersonal relations and teamwork orientation
- Strong project management skills
- CPA Certification or Bachelor’s degree in accounting a plus
- Ability or desire to expand and master key technical skills and increase technical knowledge progressively
- High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to quality
- Strong Analytical, diagnostic, logical and problem solving skills
- Good presentation skills both with clients and colleagues
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Minimum 3 to 5 years consulting experience with the Epicor Enterprise application
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines and manage multiple projects and tasks
